New year, time to get ready for the beach in 4-5 months =] and I say swimming...thats what I am thinking of starting from mid january =]
i think going to the gym at least 2-3 times a week and eating a good diet would help. its sooo easy to tell ppl but so hard to do it for ourselves
workout with a buddy run/jog/swim watch what you eat there are plenty of ways to get fit. try to find a method that's fun for you and it'll be a lot easier.
start by quiting all junk foods. and avoid processed food, drink plenty of water. eat lots of veggies. boil or steam ur food. cut down on meat and carbs. stop sitting in front of the tv or comp. walk more. take the stairs. eat more in the morning and less at night. eat at home. if your going to skool/work, bring a load of healthy snacks so u dont end up eating in the food court. resist. and go to the gym

Will power, gotta tell yourself to exercise even if your lazy. Eat lots of nutritious food like vegetables and fruits.
