How can you get fit?

    you could try gettin ur self into a weekly workout regiment plan for starters.

    New year, time to get ready for the beach in 4-5 months =] and I say swimming...thats what I am thinking of starting from mid january =]

    ofcourse u have to exercise(best if daily),

    but also stay away from fatty foods ^__^

    i think going to the gym at least 2-3 times a week and eating a good diet would help. its sooo easy to tell ppl but so hard to do it for ourselves

    workout with a buddy
    run/jog/swim
    watch what you eat

    there are plenty of ways to get fit. try to find a method that's fun for you and it'll be a lot easier.

    start by quiting all junk foods. and avoid processed food,
    drink plenty of water. eat lots of veggies. boil or steam ur food.
    cut down on meat and carbs. stop sitting in front of the tv or comp.
    walk more. take the stairs. eat more in the morning and less at night.
    eat at home. if your going to skool/work, bring a load of healthy snacks so u dont end up eating in the food court. resist. and go to the gym

    here are the major things to take into considerations when trying to get "fit"
    Nutrition
    Cardio
    Excercise
    Weightlifting
    Stretching
    Sleep
    Water and tons of it
    A routine to follow... I'll set up a weightlifting template if you want.
    and persistance

    Will power, gotta tell yourself to exercise even if your lazy. Eat lots of nutritious food like vegetables and fruits.
