Wednesday November 21, 2007 Hong Kong The 3rd Hong Kong Music Fair (香港音樂匯展2008) will be held next year from 19 to 21 March and at a press event yesterday, many stars from the music industry, including Hins Cheung (張敬軒), Vincy Chan (泳兒), Niki Chow (周麗淇), Theresa Fu (傅穎), Candy Lo (盧巧音) Jason Chan (陳柏宇), Pakho Chau (周柏豪), Stephanie Cheng (鄭融),HotCha and veteran singer Rosanne Lui (呂珊) were appointed as ambassadors for the event. Denise Ho (何韻詩) was absent through illness, but will also be representing the organisers. Theresa showed off her long legs, wearing a short dress at the event and stole much of the limelight. She said she had taken precautions, but was still very careful when she moved on and off the stage to avoid any accidents. She revealed that she would like to release a Mandarin album, because her language skills are not bad after living with her grandfather in China when she was young. She is considering recording a Mandarin song in her next Cantonese album. Vincy also wore sexy hotpants and when the reporters asked if she had enhanced her figure, she smiled that it was just the effects of her outfit. After taking part in filming some clips for the government to promote anti-piracy, Niki revealed that she received an email recently offering her free downloads. She said she would never open such emails to avoid receiving viruses after learning her lesson in the past and she reminded fans to be careful whenever anything is offered for free. Hins revealed that he will be bringing many mainland businesspeople to the event in the hope that they will invest in more people who have potential to do well in the industry and allow them to release records. He smiled that he does not need help any more because he has signed with a record company, but he does hope for more investment in the music industry in general. Hins laughed that the businesspeople he is talking about are in fact his mother and aunt because he knows that they have the financial means. He said that his mother invested in him in the past, but it was risky back then because he did not do so well.
