Hello Ghost (2011)

Plot: Sang-Man (Cha Tae-Hyun) attempts to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge and into a river. He fails, but end up seeing ghosts. Sang-Man then goes to the hospital to get an examination as he thinks he is going crazy and meets a pretty nurse Kang Hye-Won at the hospital and falls in love. But with those pesky ghosts still haunt Sang-Man everywhere he goes, Sang-Man is left with no choice but to help the ghosts fulfill their unrealized dreams to get them to leave him alone once and for all.
