how many of you are in shape? or exercise..or well..how many of you actually have something to train for? (sounds better that way maybe?) i'd like to say i'm pretty in shape..but i'd like to be better. personal goal right now is to keep a 170-175lb weight so i can stay in light heavyweight..i sorta wanna drop to 160lb but that seems a bit drastic at the moment..cuz well..i'm about 5'9.5" and around 172lb..and i think that's a good weight for me to be at right now..anyways..anybody here into a sport or anything that they need to train in? *i can't believe that everyone here spends all their time on computer *
I'm not sure whether or not i'm in shape...but i'm working at it. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, i have a personal trainer helping me. apparently i am too skinny for my height, not enuff muscle etc....i'm 5'5 and is 102lbs....so...trying to gain muscle mass...trainer set a goal for me to be 110 by end of this year........
nah i really wouldnt say that im in shape but i would love to but thats just kidding myself i really need to do some exercise as thats what my body is lacking but i really cannot be bothered to - just too lazy
yeah i know a lot of my friends are out of shape too and i'm getting them to go to the gym so they can get out of the skinny asian stereotypes ..i'm such a good friend...plus i need a spotter...or 4 of them if one can't lift it by themselves
Im in shape but then you could also call me skinny. I do weights as often as possible and some cardio stuff. I might go all out this summer and try to create a proper routine
Meh, I'm 5'11'' at 165 lbs rite now. I'm actually trying to drop 10 more pounds these last two years in college have added too much weight in the wrong places. As for activies I pretty much pretty resticted rite now as I twicked my rotary cuff sparring a few weeks ago.
i guess my shape is ok ..i go to the gym at least 3 times a week for gaining some muscle mass and more condition . I'm 5'35 and 102 lbs
I am definitely out of shape ever since I graduated from college and just working all the time. The weight just piled on ever since I quit smoking. It's horrible because I have no time and motivation to work out.
