Summer should be a great time. Great weather, fresh summer air, the whole package, but it all gets ruined for me by hayfever!!!

My eyes get itchy, my throat gets itchy and its not like you can scratch your throat. To add insult to injury hayfever tablets are an absolute rip-off. One a day tablets cost £5 for 10 tablets. WTF... -noclue
LOL the advice is riduculous too, its obvious but stupid - shut your windows and dont go outside - dude its summer, you want me to lock myself away...

Well anyway thats my rant on hayfever...

As I type, my left eye is itchy and you can't rub it as it's inside the eye. Yes! summer is here. I sniff Flaconese and it does seem to reduce the symptoms. One tip to reduce pollen is to rub vaseline into your nostrils and the minute pollen gets trapped. Can' t wait for autumn to come!

what's weird is that i'm the only one person in my family who doesn't have alergies. my brother has crazy algeries right now and I get irritated just by looking at him rub his eye.

one thing about me though is i that i can easily catch the flu. :(

it depends on where u r - plants or grass - in uk mostly caused by grass pollen

    and weather conditions:

As weather conditions have an effect on the amount of pollen produced and its distribution ... tend to be highest pollen early in the morning on warm, dry, breezy days and lowest during wet chilly periods - HK too humid :p

  13. how about some amazing foods to prevent it... we should make up a song called hayfever u suk!... yes u really do... hayfever u suck oh so seriously....-whistle

Hahaha ^__^ funny song. I'll remember to sing it next time my hayfever symptoms kick in.

ARGH! I know how you feel! I've had hayfever for as long as I can remember, as young as 5! Not a year goes by without some major suffering. =_____= I hate it during Spring, all the flowers blossom and then there's the pollen. ARGH. Hayfever SUX indeed!

im not that bad in spring, but i guess thats cause its relatively cold and the pollen cant do as much.

The loud music seems to be working - only cause now my ears hurt and i forget about the hayfever ^^
