Hi, Can someone recommend my friend some hair salons in the NYC area, preferably Manhattan? She is a college student and is constantly looking for good ones, but don't know where to look. She has had some bad experiences and would like to look the finest for Chinese New Year Any help would be appreciated!
well i went to a salon called mondern wave in chinatown and i find it ok. the place feels comfortable
top cut cutting edge both of those are in chinatown charles worthington and fredric fekkai also have locaitons in nyc.
