DIY... because it is fairly easy to dye your whole head... If you gonna do those hard ass highlight, I still get them done myself but that will depend if you have the time and the extra effort you want to put in...
Yea if it's the whole head, no point to waste so much money to get it done outside. But it is nice to get a friend to help you out with it since you can look at the backside of your head.
i usually do it myself, but last time i did it i went to the hairdresser n to be honest, it does make a big difference... i can never get it as light as i have it without bleaching n also im always scared of the outcome when i do it myself... its not that expensive... i paid $99 +a hair cut... so its alright for me... i think ur from aussie right? heaps of korean/japanese hairdressers n if u know one that ur friends can recommend u maybe u can go there
if its just easy stuff, like dying everything, then best to do it DIY ^^ much cheaper lol or if its highlights, u can get a friend to help u out....thats what my sis does.... but if u got the money, an u wan treat yourself, then go get it done pro
yeah im in sydney hoho... usually when i do it the colour doesnt come out as well so i might go out for a change.... but recently my sis told me korean DIY hair dye works much better so im not sure.. i saw one of her friends and the colour comes out pretty well...i want to go brown/orange :wiggle:
if ur anywhere near chatswood u should try a korean salon there...i think its called "calla" its next to a jewelry shop and the otherside sorta next to the entrance of lemon grove n opposite of the entrance of westfield its not hard to find
my bro went and streaked his hair blond lol, i used to do it in like.. grade 9 but then gave it up cuz it was too much hassle i've thought about dying my hair brown and seeing what it would look like though lol
blonde.....:stickpoke: might look weird on me lol..... brown/orange blends in more i thnk chatswood is a bit too far...... im in like strathfield area.. think im going to get my sis to do it for me though, if it turns out crap then ill remember to do it at hair salons next time lol -pirate im on holidays, finished SC so screwed up hair wont affect me that much
oooh...good luck then... ur a guy so its gonna grow out fast anyway honkie... u from strathfieldddd... korean fooooddd *droolz*
usually at home word of advice, don't go for orange or red unless you really want your hair that colour these colours fade the fastest..
I usually Dye mine red on black hair. Gives it a little hint of redness in the sun. I don't want it to stand out to much. I do it at home cause its pretty easy. They usually come with instructions too, and it cheaper and I'm lazy most of the time. lol.
Well everyone i dyed it lol...its brownish and really brown under light..but it doesnt stand out like that much but there is a slight change -blush2 hahaha too expensive at hairdressers....going to hk in like a week on christmas day so i want to save up money anyway..... but when i come back i need to dye it back to normal..... school rules -_- so not really worth spending heaps on it since after three weeks i have to dye it back againn hahah strathfield area..... actually its lidcombe, suburb next to it hoho......but still very korean..... lots of korean shops there... in fact i bought the dye from a korean shop in lidcombe hahaha At first my parents didnt like me having long hair/dying it...said it was too messy in year 8 or so..but now im a little older so i can do it I actually saw an orange colour but i thought it was too bright and would look weird on me.. did redish last time wanted to try a new colour ahah so did brown
eeeeee wheres the piccies lets see whut it looks like..... nah ya dun need to re-dye it for school your a guy just cut your hair short and bam ya cant even tell its been dyed...or or or you should just dye it back in hk....its madd cheap over there
My parents buy some Home DIY hair dyes and I just join in to get dyed. Its really expensive to get it done outside.
