    Hi there.

After all, it is the flu season and I thought I shared with you what I had researched on H1N1 symptons. I welcome any comments or suggestions you may have as it is an education to us all.

Please note that the common cold and flu have similar symptoms to H1N1, however, in a mild case, H1N1 virus can be one symptom after another and it can prolonged for weeks. A commom cold and flu would lasted about 10 days.

Here's the H1N1 symptoms or signs to look for:

    1) Fever over 100 degree Fahrenheit
    2) Congestion
    3) Achy body
    4) Dizziness/ Nausea/ headache
    5) Diarrhea
    6) Constant changes of body temperature
    7) Sore throat
    8) Constant fatigue

When you experience such symptoms, it is highly recommends that you see your doctor immediately.

In the mean time, some old remedies still works....like pops in those vitamin C. Goggle with salty water if you experience sore throat and then drink either lemon or lime juice (purely squeezed) with a mix of warm water. It does a trick for me. My fellow friend told me that oil of oregano works for him. And lastly, plenty of water and rests...

Take good care of your health everyone.
