today (07-07-07) is live earth day, so i was thinking " what is your idea to stop the global warming?" mine is : use energy saving light bulbs.
Commit to using solar, wind, and hydro electric power and take the study of free energy seriously. Start one city at a time and go from there. Forget about the economy for a while because if the earth goes to hell having a strong economy aint gonna mean a dang thing. Shoot, even if the we wern't faced with global warming and the very real fact that the worlds oil supply is declining we should still implement a better more efficient and cleaner way of living for the future of human kind.
mine is probably using public transportation(bikes, trains...etc.) instead of everyone driving thier own car..
try building less homes and save some damn resources instead of letting one person owning like 50 buildings

I don't hope it will be the end of the world. Global warming is serious business, but i think we(mankind) will sort it out eventually. Thats my optimistical view. But for now, everyone save the enviromen before the really serious consequences will comet!
The majority of the Earth's population would rather continue to do nothing instead of helping the cause. That's why I believe it has to start with the administration. Various governments around the world are starting to help prevent global warming, but sometimes it seems as if they're not taking it seriously. For example in Canada. The Liberals said they would try to lower our effect on the environment, but it turned out to be a bunch of bull. Right now the Conservatives are taking some small steps to help the environment, but again it doesn't look like they're taking it seriously. The government needs to be the first one to take action or everyone else will continue to destroy the Earth.
IMO global warming is a load of rubbish, the big oil men of the world know that we can run cars using water, they know that Nikola Tesla technology can provide energy to the entire world for free but they want to make their money so they suppress this technology and force us to buy fuel. then these same people have the cheek to tell me im polluting the earth and i shud do this and do that!!?? bah
