I believe the song is called ( 我真的受傷了) sang by 王菀之 . You can find this song on Disc #1, Song #5; in the 2005 Love Songs Collection; you can search for it in the forum by typing in 2005 Love Songs (as I just did and I have np finding it), and u should be able to find it as thats where I got the song from.
