This advice is good for the ppl that are fairly Lean already. they arent Fat asses just normal ppl with a pretty flat stomach already.. Just hoping to get the PACKS unleashed. Utilized HEAVY weighted ab excersizes to build a strong 'core' muscle for your abs. Things like -weighted situps -weighted crunches -weighted leg lifts -hanging leg raises -all the situps on a steep decline Your abs are a MUSCLE. If you are fairly lean average type of person, doing these 2-3 times a week would help out alot! If you are already fairly lean without the abs, having strong big muscles in your abs will help make them POP out and appear more visible. Take it a step further and tweak your diet. Itll do wonders for your ABS!

Its really hard for me to work out. first because i am lazy! second i get depressed after words. Its stupid. I used to be really skinny but after i start to eat a lot.. eating like 6-7 meals a day. I couldnt control it. i got fat...i went from 110 to 130...from winter to summer. Now its really hard for me to lose my belly. Its really sad...i am tryin to work out....i hope to lose my belly soon....
your fat from 110-130. Im assuming you are female right! Take it one step at a time... You gotta work this into yoursystem of mental thought.. fitness and health isnt something your going to gain in 2 weeks like those commercials.. It takes Years of hard work and its a slowww and gradual process. I remember for me... after 4 months of working out finally some1 noticed and said "hey. I notice your getting some shape! keep it up" So just relax and remember that its a learning process... Give yourself a realistic time line and goals. For example.. 10 pounds in 4 months is a VERY reasonable amount of time. imagine losing 10 pounds. thats at least 2-4 dress sizes!

Well guys do have more testosteron in their body. Which would make it easier for them to drop fat and loose weight. But the thing is the typical goal of men and women are different.. Most guys want to gain quality muscle and size, which takes years of training. Alot of women simply want to drop weight regardless if it is muscle/fat, as long as they have a skinny weight or whatever, they are happy. This would just need a simple calorie deficet. But for both men and women i recommend weight training in combination with cardio training. THe extra muscle you gain from weight training speeds up your motabalism, and in a womens perspective it wil tone and shape muscles around areas that will highlight areas of 'endowment' (chest, ass etc)
but women always think they are to fat.... I like training on music .. but I m not one of the women who thinks they are to fat...!!!!! but is it true that there are a lot of people to fat in America.. thats what we hear on the news here in the netherlands
haha and yes its in the news there are a lot of things about amarica in the news... 1 of 5 people in america is to fat....

oh of course kRoket!!! and I have to say that as a fat american (have you seen my profile pic) it really hurts my feelings to here everyone talk about the issues of my country. I'm joking of course, it is really disgusting though how many huge kids there are in the US. Like adults at least can make the choice to eat mcdonalds, but kids are being fed that by someone, just disgusting
