Patient: Gee, i really dont know.
MD: To facilitate your choice, please choose the following: Tofu (softest), peeled banana, unpeeled banana, cucumber.
Patient: Hmmm, i think tofu would be best description.
MD: Sorry, sir, but its hopeless.
Patient: How come?
MD: We are not miracle workers.

Western: peeled banana but bigger size than asian
