He deserves a second chance, but he has to be watched closely, I guess. I think the interpol or something have a list of paedophiles that they keep watch on

u cant change his sexual impulses. the only thing that jail might have done is just to make him try and control his urges more. i read once that pedophiles are born like that
ohh noo paedophiles have the "born like that" excuse too >.< he is still the same man so i believe he is still a paedophile, whats up with him staying an Asian countries, maybe he thinks he can get away with stuff there??
well i dont think he can get in HK or anywhere else in the world as long as he got that criminal records i mean goin to HK u need a visa or something right they should revoke his passport or something
^I dont' think you can stop someone from travelling just because he has criminal records, can you? But if he intends to stay there for good, then maybe the HK govt can refuse his PR status I guess.
