    parents like that should not be allowed to have kids...there are way too many people on this planet that have kids and don't know how to take care of them or have kids only so they can get more money from the government.....

    at 4 years old u rele don't know what alcohol is and therefore there is def no urge to drink it. this means that the person to blame is def the parents for allowing them to drink the alcohol. this is seriously bad for the child as at such a young age they are still developing. at least the liver will recover, its the only part in the body which actually recovers fully.

    I find it strange, wouldn't a child of that age find beer to be "yucky" tasting? I mean, they usually hate brown bread. =P
