If you were looking for the new epitome of capitalism's slow-but-steady takeover of communism in China, we've got it for you right here. Bugatti brought its million-euro hyper-car this year to the Auto China show in Beijing, drawing hoards of spectators in its appropriate bright red paint job. What's more is that within two hours of the car's debut, Bugatti had already sold one. The customer will fly to Bugatti's Molsheim headquarters to pick out the color scheme and options (apparently no one told him he could do it online), and pay a whopping 25 million yuan (approximately $3.6 million, more than twice the sticker price) for the privilege of owning the first Veyron in China. Mao who? [autoblog]
lol, i fully agree there. also, what happens if u get hit by another car, that would annoy me so much. also, gd luck trying to get insurance to cover for that too.
hah. that's funny. you won't be able to drive it like normal people would with their normal cars because either everyone's looking at you, or some tricky chinaman will just steal it.
if you got the mula in china to buy one of these your either a very wealth business man that is probably well connected in China...so i doubt people would mess with u and try to steal it from ya...
the owner probably lives in a big city like beijing or shanghai... the quality of the roads are great, the only problem is the insane traffic... there would be no point in driving a 1000 HP car from like 8 o'clock in the morning to about 7 o clock at night. whoever bought this thing is probably just gonna garage it as a trophy to their insane wealth though... i seriously doubt anyone would use a veyron in china as a daily driver.
I seriously doubt any exotic would be used as a daily driver, aside from Porsches. I see them as weekend cruisers or a toy for a late night run or a car for drive by douchebaggery..
Porches seem to be more on the road everyday now.... and im consistently seeing them..... but that thing is a beast and of course it for trophy purposes!
its cos porches are quick yet they aren't too thirsty on the petrol and drives very well. its also not as expensive and is designed for regular use lol.
lol paid quite a bit for it.. if u did steal it a little hard to notice ur not the real owner if u drive it.. there's only 1 in china!! lol
they drive slow or what? but anyways yea good thing they know they ain't getting a fake replica haha...
