Completing the third year of her master’s degree at The Juilliard School, Fala Chen (陳法拉) flew back to Hong Kong for work. Due to graduate next year, Fala is not in an immediate hurry to make an official return, but reassured that she will continue her pursuits in acting. Enjoying the past three years of being a carefree student, Fala’s lifestyle in the United States revolved around school and spending time with her parents. Adopting a simpler lifestyle now, Fala thinks it is too expensive to spend thousands of dollars on clothes. Since studying in New York, Fala revealed that she has not spent more than a hundred dollars on a shirt. Returning to Hong Kong recently, Fala only had to complete voice-dubbing for a movie and participate in a magazine photoshoot. Many parties have already began contacting Fala’s manager regarding her schedule. Unknown when she would officially pick up her career again, Fala is not in a hurry but still sees acting as her career. Aside from her work projects, there has been very little news on Fala’s love life since her breakup with Daniel Sit (薛世恒). As her current boyfriend is not an artiste, Fala was able to meet more people from different backgrounds.
