Thursday November 29, 2007 Hong Kong Since winning her TVB Aniversary award for Best Supporting Actress, Fala Chen (陳法拉) has seen her popularity soar and in her latest advertising contract, she has been selected by gold and jewellery giants Chow Tai Fook (周大福) to front their 2008 advertising campaign. The sponsors were captivated by her pure and elegant image and during the photoshoot, she modelled over a hundred different designs across 20 image styles, eminating the most beautiful and attractive aura. The shoot took place over two whole days and resulted in a showcase catalogue for Fala that she is particularly proud of. She expressed her excitement at being on the cover of such a classy brochure for the first time. Modelling many different gemstones and precious metals in the jewellery designs, including diamonds, platinum, gold, pearls and jade, Fala revealed that her favourite is the diamond because it signifies high class and the sparkle is very eyecatching. She added that the stone has a mysterious attraction, so for a woman it is a great sense of security that is felt when she is presented with a diamond by a man. Fala has had the chance to wear many different designs of jewellery recently after appearing at so many shows and she is also preparing to go shopping for jewellery to give to her family as Christmas gifts.
