does anyone suffer from ezcema too? it's sooo annoying i've had it all my life... like on the arms n stuff.. but i can usually control it so it doesn't come?? (with medicine n stuff) and now because it's winter, it gets worse :( got some ezcema on my face boooooo...:(
My niece used to have the first couple months but after going to see the dermatologist and follow the treatment, its all cured. Hope it gets better for you.
aww, it's okay~-hug i had it before too on my arms and back TT; at first i didn't think it was a big deal but it stayed there for a long while, and my skin would look reallyreally dry, so i decided to go to the doctor and got some ointment for it la. it's really helpful, but after that time, i never got it again. -^_^ maybe you can try going to your doctor to get some ointment for it~
i had it on my arms, neck and left knee i went to a doctor and got an ointment, but after a couple weeks it still didnt dissapear because the doctor said it would be gone after 2 weeks so i stopped using it and my mother gave me a spray she had, its called 'skin clear spray' and it treats differents kind of skin diseases and now i dont have eczema anymore
I have sometimes rash and itchy skin on certain parts of the body. It appears always at these places, especially in winter. I went to dermatologist and have treatment once. But it still come back sometimes. So I started to cream my body with lotion after every shower. The situation is better. Though, sometimes I still have some problem. But , until now, no big outbreak. My dermatologist told me washing power can be a reason too.
hmm... =/ yeh maybe i should go see the doctors again.. =_=" and ask to see a dermatologist.. because every year the doctors seem to prescibe the same medical cream to me!! i heard you can take tablets too x_X so maybe i should try that for once... skin clear spray sounds rly gooodddd i will have to go look for it haha~~ thanks all
wahhh tiffystars...im same same as you....even more when its ubbbber cold as well >.< but i got it on my hands a little.....but i totally know how you feel =/ ive been to dr's before and all they gave me was hydrocrotizone and to put lots of aqueous
ya...and it get so irritated when in water too much...makes it really hard to take care of during the winter
Always ask a doctor! He can always recommend you to a dermatologist who can then prescribe stuff to help you cure it or make it under control a lot easier! Don't listen to ads and stuff that try and take your money....
this can be taken care of if you change your diet, raw foods (fruit veg, not raw meat!) exercise and planty omega fats, get some evening primrose oil too from holland and barret if your in the UK.
hmm thanks everyone... master_g, plenty of omega fats... is there anything else with omega nutrients apart from fish xD? I'm a UKer- what's a barret?? I got given new creams n stuff.. but... it's rly weird.. it gets better for about 3 days and then suddenly it goes bad and again for no reason :S..like i still apply on the cream and no itching it or anything xD...and it just keeps going through this cycle....of bad and good... maybe i'm like allergic to something i don't know =S... but i know i'm allergic to rabbits and grass etc haha.. maybe i'm allergic to some piece of food =_= *sigh*...
omega fats come from fish so you gota buy a bottle of codliver fish oil that has it all in and drink it, not nice but healthy. im from the UK to which is why i said "holland and barret" , here is the LINK, use the store locator and find your closest store, its high qualty stuff there (they have sales on regular bass so thats the best time to go, one is on now it seems). (i can see it looks like im talking about holland and some other place called barret lolz) Just get plenty Cod liver oil with omega fats, evenng primrose oil, Flaxseed oil, strong multivitamin and mineral tabs and maybe odourless garlic tabs plenty water and fruit and ceg and youll start to get better. i had VERY bad hayfever but one day i decided to stop rubbing my eyes (red eyes sux) and it stopped, I dont get it anymore, maybe a runny nose when the pollen is very high! Also DONT use any cream with steroid in it, it will work while your using it but it will wreak your skin in the long term. i wouldnt touch that stuff.
ya im the same..had it all my life >.< it always comes bak and my skin is gettin thinner cuz of the med creams ..tryin to get off it..but changing diet can help as mentioned..apparently stuff lik corn and dairy r common foods tht make it worse..or sugar, chocolate, seafood, beef..
haha i think i do have a Holland and Barrets shop in my citycentre atually!! i'll go tomorrow and get those oils, minerals and vitamins you suggested muchos thanks also maybe it's because i'm snacking sooo much right now- exams. revision. i always have to snack during revision- sweets chocolate. etc =_=.. aii.. so gonna have to not snack- or healthy snack - more sleep and more water!!! thanks thanks again
i have it but it went away when i went to uni unless im really stressed it comes back everytime i go back to my moms house
i had it for many years on my neck, tummy, chest, back, knees and elbow joints but they're all gone now i dont know how but i'm glad they are
i have ezcema for quite some time already and it doesn't quite go away. winters are worst due to the dry weather and the heat the comes up. i try to avoid become too dry by using aveeno or eucerin. both of these products are pretty good in treating dry skin within irritating it too much. of course if problems worsen definitely see a dermatologist.
I have had eczema since i was a child. and had the same problem when the weather got cold. I went to the doctor and asked him to prescribe me sumthing called Benovate, my brother was using it at the time. its a steriod cream, so dont use masses of it but its good to clear really stubborn eczema that persist for a long time. ur not meant to use it on ur face. but as long as u use only a little bit its fine and clears ur skin in a matter of days. in some cases overnight
