Exercises daily?

    Who exercises daily and what kind of exercises do you do?


    Sit ups and push ups at nite, jogging in the morning.

    not me the only exercise i get would be walking to and from school each day lol im wayy to lazie to exercise daily and wish i could have the motivation to do it though =D but if i could exercise i most likely probably run around the blocks

    Try to excercise daily, if the motivation is there. Go to the gym for the most part, building muslcles

    i run 4 miles a day, 6 times a week.if i get lazy, then i sub a pilate session in instead of running

    I do weights, 6 times a week, different body part a week.

    not top shape. i eat my share. LOVE food. i guess i'm healthy tho. i used to be fat so i'm deathly scared of becoming fat again so i have to push myself to run. plus, exercising makes me sleep better and feel less moody

    i always wanted to go to my local gym but i feel wierd everytime i walk in there due to everyone in there are built and non-asian and i am small. always think they will stare at me and have a giggle due to my size. so i just go for a 500m jog everyday.

    Naw, the only thing that counts is when u get spanked everyday, like 4 sets of 10.

    i usually go gym and swimmin 3 times a week. n walkin everyday for like at least 30 mins! hee hee

    exercise produces endorphines n endorphines make u Hapi =)

    I wish!!! I don't have the time to do that. But if I do, I would. Now that summer is coming it's gonna be hard to get myself to move around. I'm just too lazy.... It would be good to exercise, then I would probably have a chance to lose some weight. haha =]

    coz i walk to schoo....it take about 30min ish...1 hours both way..
    so i guess si good

    holy crap, u sure are one dedicated fella to run 4 miles a day!

    from my soccer games, i think i run like an accumulated total of 4 miles a month!

    hit the gym for an hour almost daily for some testosterone boosting.
