Okay .. I have been working none stop to wrap up things at the office before permanently leaving my job. I have lost some weight but still managed to retain the lean body but I feel like my chest is bulky. What's the best exercise to tone it down? It's not fat .. prob resulted from too many bench presses .. looks weird to me.

ive been working in the office for around a month. Sitting in the office can be really stressful.
thats why i do some jogging after work. like 3x a week for ~ 1h (well i used to do jogging before , but only once a week)
then i go to bed very early. rest..........................

and I actually feel a lot better !

  3. bulk up ur arms and shoulders if u havnt lol, or lotsa cardio and sit ups. Its best to balance out the portions of ur body so that it doesnt look weird.

  4. show off :p

I think you're genetically gifted for a big chest. Bench Press also works the shoulders as well. In any case do front shoulder presses and just do bench flys for chest.

I did get into running during the summer and early into the fall semester, but a cold got the best of me :(

I was doing 1hr/ 2-3 times a week on the treadmill, but now i'm so congested that I can't breathe :(

You've gained flab de to over exercising your pecs?

Play a sport you enjoy for abot 2-3 times a week such as soccer and eat healthly too.

A source showed that playing 7 mins of a high intense sport is better than jogging for 2 hours or something like that, this is because in most good sports they change their pace every 20 seconds so that works your body better. However I think this is only true if you keep your heart rate up 90% so 7 minutes.

Nice. Yea, intense work out for liek 10min is more efficient than doing 1hour of walking @5mph on a running machine. I do 12MPH on a running machine till I get up to 1km, which is about 6minutes worth of running, then I move away from cardio excercise and work out.

yeah intense exercise will burn more calories .. there's no denying that but it doesn't build up your stamina.
