So recently I've been doing exercise on a regular basis and realize that I feel much better and have more energy throughout the day. I am not sure what type of exercise specifically does that, but I've been playing basketball and then alittle bit of swimming. Does anyone else feel the same way? and What types of sports are you involved in?
I would have to say cardiovascular exercise gives me more energy as that helps me lower my body fat, thus making me feel batter.
I have to disagree. Sometimes i have a pretty intense gym session, about 2 hours later i'm so tired i just wanna sleep. Might also be due to the fact that i eat a pretty heavy meal as well...
jogging or running is hard on feet, legs. try to find softer ground to run on... grass or up hills for more intense exercise
yeah... i've tried it before and it is quite a workout, but not too sure if it brings up my energy. how long would you normally do it for? And has anyone ever count the exercise in WII FIT as a real workout?
asnything that gets your heart and blood pumping and circulating gives you more energy so basketball and swimming will give you more energy coz everytime i finish the gym i feel more awake lol
I play bball in the morning at 7ish for roughly 30 min. after bballing up till breakfast I feel great. But then like an hour later I get madd tired. Then when I go swimming at nite around 9ish, after that I'm pretty awake even after having a light meal. Do you think that time plays a factor?
no i don't think so it is usually after you done the exercise you feel the refreshness but like any normal person you will get tired afterwards because you havent done anything active (as in getting your blood pumping around and your heart racing)
excercisng makes me feel good! it can be really peaceful or can get out my agression! in a fun way of course! personally i row in the morning. and it's just so peaceful listening to the wind, the clicking of the oars, and the flow of the river.
45 minutes to 1 hr for non-intense excercise. if you're playing bball if its really competitive 15-20 minutes is really fulfilling
i do bikram yoga but i get soooooo tired afterwards. i go home n fall aslp straight away. im trying to find a sport where i can feel more energised. anyone got good suggestions?
Do you exercise regularly or once in a blue moon.. I have started yoga and some walking recently. Need to get shape again
i've been doing yoga/ball/stretch and walking the past 2 years. i can really see a difference in my energy level. if i don't walk during my lunch time by the end of the day i am dead
I'd say just regular jogging and a mix of sprinting in the session will do you good. I play competitive badminton, 2 to 3 times a week of 2-3 hours.
