I find the most fun way to exercise, is to dance like a crazy person in my living room when everyones sleeping Most type of exercise I do is, biking, walking & dancing. How much exercise a day do you roughly do? (Including walking places) Do you do any additional exercised? (tennis, e.t.c)
abdomen exercise, sit-ups sometimes, and weights. and walking a lot whenever i go out. although would love to do badminton, tennis more often and if possible football but highly unlikely.
Walk all the time, 40 min walk from my house to the train station, i hate the bus and where i live it pro quicker if i walk anyway lol Other than that i do the usual sit up, press up and weights
i always walk to my college... i think that consider as exercise... exercise need u to move ur body a lot only
i really want to do cardio daily but i tried it and i think i overworked, my thigh muscles were sore for like 4 days, thats bad and it delayed my leg workout routine.
Running is good, it heaps with your joint movements and breathing. Gym is good if you want to look great
i walk alot....LOL an i do para para.....(if it counts) an tae bo an sit ups like few times a week.....
I have to say, I don't work out at all. Nothing, My only exercise would probably be walking while travelling to university
weightlifting 5 days a week is too much unless u aim at different boy parts every workout while letting the others have rest. i have done it consecutively for 5 days before and even though my strength increased, the results won't show at all. also everything took longer for improvement.
well it cant be all bad.. i mean some ppl want the tone.. so doing it 5 days a week will be pretty good
nah u'll just lose muscle mass if you do too much cause it's not given enough time to heal. if you want to tone, cardio is your best bet. it's just not healthy and beneficial over time.
