Okay, I have a few Korean exchange studnets, one thing I noticed is that they stare at me alot..I don't know why.. I would talk to them but I am one who don't like to go up to people and just talk, plus I don't think one of them don't knoe english very well due to he is behind the class and always needs his pocket translater. Could anyone shed light on topic?
i've never met any korean exchange student before but i know someone that invited some korean exchange students to stay at his house and he told me that koreans are very arrogant...
Korean trend is to learn English so they all carry a pocket translator. I was tutoring English in University and some of them were exchange students. One of them thought I spoke with an accent because all his Korean friends spoke in a different way. i.e. with an accent. LOL So I told him to find another tutor. At 10/hr it ain;t worth it.
Koreans dun generally dun speak nor understand English well.. I had Korean exchange friends as well and they usually need help understanding english. They seem like their staring when u speak likely because they havetrouble understanding. But I find them very nice and friendly.
