Does anyone know a good excercise that can get rid of that fat or meat on the back of your neck? and upper back?? Any recommendations??
firstly..do u slouch?` cos if u do, then don't , and then start exercisin to lose the weight`` however i think maybe losin that bit might be harder cos ur most likely to lose everythin else before anythin changes to ur neck/back..` anyways, if u wanna go ahead u must be prepared to work hardd..`` like shooto, start joggin, dont do weights or anythin cos its gonna increase muscle around the shoulder areas and it'll make that chunk look even bigger`` on the other hand, if u DO do weights...u can tone that bit up?` love` mon
