Drumsticks and Lotus Roots

    drumsticks and Lotus Roots (frm lee kum kee)

    My first time making it Lmfao
    I saw the lotus roots in the refrigator and thought of making it w/ drumsticks LMFAO!!! I love to cook.

    Ingredients:
    Lotus Root (1/2 or Less)
    Drumsticks(4 or 5)
    Ground Pepper(1 tsp)
    Black bean garlic sauce(1 or 2 tablespoon)
    cornstarch(1 tsp)
    water(a little bit)
    soy sauce(3-4 tablespoon)
    salt(optional)
    oil

    First wash drumsticks, till clean.
    Then chop of the end of that bone, and slice the meat off, and make sure u wash off the little bone pieces.
    Then slice the meat into big or small pieces. Then wash it again to make sure it's clean LOL (i'm a super clean freak LOL). Then place of bowl.

    Lotus roots has to be peeled, slice into thin pieces. Wash and slice the pieces in halves.

    Put lotus roots and meat all in one big bowl. Add soysause, water w/ the cornstarch, ground pepper, MIX ALL OF IT.

    Wrap it w/ foil and leave it for 1-2 hrs.

    After, get a pan. turn the gas on, and add oil.
    Then dump the whole bowl in.
    let it sit for 1-2min then flip it all to the other side. Then u can start stir frying it. Add Black bean garlic sauce. Only 10-15 mins to finish
