im surprised theres even a lawyer who accepted this case on his side. fearless is right. that special place in hell would be between hitler, and that Asian Guy From Hell. hell i would love to see what the judge does to this monster. in fact, shouldn't he be charged with negligence causing death with a vehicle? what use would he have with a car? prayers to the boy and his family.

i think the judge ruled initially that it was both party's faults. the guy's fault for driving 30 mph over the speed limit, having disabled ABS, and being legally drunk. and the kid's for not wearing reflectors.
