Just a general question. If your own school one day calls you and ask for money. Let say the school is asking for a amount between $200-$600. Lets say the money goes to scholarships, helps improve the college and your field, etc. Note: you have already graduated from that school. Would you give it to them? If not, why? If yes, why?
=/ why dont they ask the parents of the students to donate the money n why do they ask for sucha high amount... i mean $200 to $600.... they probably stand a higher chance to get money if they ask for less....
lol fuck no, taking money from students to give to other students is idiotic and is kinda the antithesis of a scholarship. Your school should have a PR person trying to find large companies or wealthy individuals to sponsor scholarships at your school, not just taking money from the student body.
depends how much u value ur school... if u actually learnt something from there... value it... the teachers etc is that certain amount of money really going to affect u? in a way, its giving back to what u've taken if they're asking for a specific amount... then maybe there's more to the story if u think about, ur school fees, ur random expenses... is neglible relative to that amount... obviously if you've done well, that amount is like nothing to u...
lol, our school is stupid enough with the donations, lol we gotta pay like 2 bucks for casual Day, we gte like 2 of those a month, or something, blah blah to help kids in poorer countries, A 15km walk and donate Or get people to donate at least $50 dollars, lol, im pretty sure most of the money raised is going towards booze and hookers or something -_-
i wont do it .... the stupid schools are already making many ways to scam my money ... doing all sort of useless things to raise money and already charging a large amount for tuition and yet they want to u to do this and do that for the school .... thats just over doing it
uh no... why would they ask the students.. students are already trying to pay off for what they owe... and now you have to donate? thats kind of dumb
