For my AS level art, i am doing japanese culture... i want to include things such as japanese street signs and yeh the crazy side of japan...and do different collages... does anyone know any japanese artists who does modern/collage of japanese culture paintings?? (like colourful graphical ones with people in and streets n signs of japan jotted around on the painting??) please help >_<
I don't know any, but maybe by now you already found someone, if you did it would be nice if you could post it here so I can check it out too
hmmm.. i didnt find any japanese artists which specifically were like how i wanted them to be.. but... went past a few nice artists..which i'll study and...compose my own art http://www.geocities.jp/b_ba_a0530/ this one is aya kato?? errr...problem is..she doesnt paint..she uses the comp...but..i guess i'll study a few of hers and..paint them. xD haha.. utagawa kunisada- even tho he hasnt got anything modern..im still gonna study the japanese ppl he did... yeh...and combine!!!!!
