Do you still wear you retainers?

ok so i just randomly talked to a friend and i haven't put on my retainers in years i think, maybe like 4 years? i have the wires behind my top and bottom teeth. Im deciding if i should start wearing it again. how long has it been since you had retainers?

 

still going strong after 3 years. i wear (or try to) them everyday before i go to sleep.

i need to get some form of braces again damn wisdom teeth growing out at an angle fucking my shit up.

 

I went to check out my retainers, and i don't think i should wear it lol...it looks bad and ya, i wouldn't put that thing in my mouth..i guess i don't need to think about wearing retainers again =)
