i want to share you a good recipe that i found online. I successfully make it in my first try. 8 scoped chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of oatmeal. 1/2 cup of Natural peanut Butter. 4 Tbsp Honey 3 Tbsp Pure Cocoa powder. <<< you can buy this in market that sell bakery stuff. 3 Tbsp crushed Almonds. Directions 1. Mixed together the protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, and cocoa powder. 2. if necessary, add a small amount of liquid for consistency - almond milk, milk or water. 3. Form into 10 bars and then roll in the crushed almonds to finish. 4. place in the fridge for about 30mins. Nutritional facts per serving calories :253 proteins: 25g carbohydrates: 18g Fat : 9g
The question isn't about easy but whether the end result is any good .. the taste is what mattered most. Thx for sharing though .. might try it when I have time.
well it taste so good. Since i use Chocolate whey, so it taste like chocolate I just make those again on today. I use Walnut instead of Almond (because almond is too expensive).
i can cut up to 10 piece. Mix all the stuff in a big pot, use a cutting board and place a wax paper (i forgot) this save you alot of cleaning. I just cut few piece. and wrap it with wax paper. put in a refrigerator. last around a 10days.. if u eat 1 per day lol.
