I like to work on the net and, i spend almost 6 hours in the net. But recently i started having eyes strain, and severe headache. I have no idea what to do. I do have to work, on the net because of financial problem. What can i do in such circumstances?
take regular breaks from staring at the screen....i think ya supposed to have a break every hour...?... just look at something else other than screen...like looking above ya screen in front..?..or get up to get something to eat/drink..? and mebe get ya eyes tested....mebe ya need glassess..?..
I agree with brown_bear. I don't get headaches unless I am not sleeping enough. It's also likely that you need glasses. Drink plenty of water too.
