I'm just curious since I'm going to head there in the summer. I can understand viet good enough but I can't speak it very well. So I was wondering if there's a lot of people that speak english there? 50% 25% 10% of the population? Anyone here in Hanoi?
no... lol they have like ridiculously limited english skills.... you may find some.... and maybe a few americans but over all.... no.... lol they will give you that look and still try to sell you stuff in vietnamese.... hahaha, but of course if you get into the higher end of the city you may have luck! HIT UP THE CLUBS.....hahahaha very fun time
