Differences in clothes sizes

    What are the differents in clothes sizes in HK and in the U.S.?


    Cuz I solemny swear, I would need to get XXL judging by my HK friends. And I will be so depressed. lol.

  3. well i mean if you coun't in the shrinkage.. you're gonna need to get as big as possible.. since lot of 'em like those tight jeans n what not.. lol

    clothes size in america it kinda run on the big size, while in hk it would run smaller... but the best way to know is to it on.. =p but while i was in hk i wear my same size as in america but in the mainland it a different story..

    i bought the same listed size from the same brand, and they were different wen i got home >.<

    Clothing in H.K. is usually sized to fit the smaller Asian physiques, so if you're a medium or large in the US, you'll most likely fit into an XL/XXL in HK. Really depends on the article of clothing, though, so I wouldn't advise that you order them online unless you've had some previous experience (which you obviously haven't).

    my dad bought a hoodie in size S in the US - he's a XL in HK...
    so i guess it really depends on the brand...
    if you're buying stuff online... it's best to check the measurements
