Dieting recipes wanted!!!

    Does anyone have any good Dieting recipes??

    I've gained 5 kgs in 6 months >_< my mother is going to kill me!!! (she's in Brisbane, i'm in Sydney...)

    Please help!!:(

    Dieting recipes doesn't help nearly as much as just eating healthy.

    ask pinkapples...shes on a diet, and the menu was supplied by the gym....

    Just eat less. I lost 25 lbs in 2 months just by eating less.

    ^easier said then done i guess

    though i have never "dieted" i would say it would be better to have a more balanced healthy diet and more exercise then rely on eating less or fad dieting schemes

    hmmm...i eat less, eat more fruit n 'healthy' stuff...lol, n i do crunches/press ups b4 i sleep...

    so healthy food diet and exersize...=)

    The best thing to do is eat oranges, I kid you not. Because oranges are high in fiber, they will fill you up. If you're feeling hungry between meals and you're looking for a snack, grab an orange. It will fill you up and it's good for you. Also, don't eat large meals. Frequent smaller meals are much better for you.

    Thanks! i already eat pretty healthy (no fast foods, not much pasta/rice.. no fried stuff)
    but it's not doing much good - i think i need to go exercise.... -_-
