ye if u have support its always gonna be easier as they will help u to stop eating when ur not supposed to. though u can always do it alone as well but it just relies on ur determination to stick to ur diet as u won't have as much help as u would if u had friends and family reminding and preventing u from eating when ur not supposed to.
yea it gets really difficult if your hidding it from your friends, cause when you are eating less and then they say "what's going on are you on a diet" then you hide it and say no, they will start to worry, becuase they will believe your on one of those crash diets that are really risky to your health also if your chinese and you have dinner with your aunts and they keep saying "eat more eat more" and put more stuff on your plate it's a good idea just to tell them hey you never know, maybe they will give you some tips and tricks or try to cook you some chinese medicine soup that will keep you healthy while you are avoiding calories
dont just tell people who are dieting with you also tell people who are not deiting because even in a group you guys can fall into a pithole (sure it's not as easy, but it's not that difficult either)
