Depressed

    The weather has been great these days, but I feel a little depressed. Any sugguestions on how to get out of this state?

    hit up a couple of your friends and just go outside. doesn't matter if you're doing nothing.. just be outside. staying indoors tend to lead to depression/boredom/ feelings of loneliness and shit.
     
  4. walk, go to the park if the weather is nice. play some ball?

    I don't know what works for you but for me .. when I am down, I hit the pool. Swimming help gets the stress out but refreshes you as well. You can also go diving - deep or sky (haven't try but want to).

    Go for a long walk. :) that works for me. orr, listen to some music! not sad music tho. haha

    yep i agree with negiq, doing sport helps a lot.

    My friend goes to the shooting range with his other friends. It usually helps him through the weekends without problems. Get out of the house....go anywhere as long as you aren't cooped up doing nothing.

    find the reason

    When one is feeling depressed...there's always a reason...whether it be break up, lack of work, lack of friends, lack of activities, etc....so just know your reason and solve it. The pure fact that you're living is something to be happy about. =)
