I was listening to PA radio on winamp and heard this song i liked but winamp doesnt display chinese characters. Would very much appreciate if someone could look at the following information and possibly identify it for me.

what language was it in? what kinda tune was it. fast slow?

 

It had a beat but was medium pace and was canto.
