Shin Seung Hun is back with the latest installment in his 3 Waves of Unexpected Twist trilogy, following 2008's Radio Wave. The ballad king composed and produced this emotional new release, while top composers Hwang Song Jae and Lee Hyun Seung took care of the arrangements. Lyricists Shim Hyun Bo and Yang Jae Sun complete the team behind Love O'clock. Whereas the first mini album was composed of rock songs, the new release presents groovy R&B songs. Shin conceived the title for the melodious principal track 3 years ago. Titled "Fool For Love" (Track 3), the R&B ballad is about a hopelessly lost lover and features a brass band accompaniment. Also on Love O'clock are the mid-tempo "Now, Is the Time for Love" (Track 2), the house beat dance number "What You Should Leave Behind When You're Leaving" (Track 4), and "Temperature" (Track 5), which features Shin's remarkable vocals backed up by classical piano.
