Fans got a teaser of what's to come with Goodbye My Princess for the Prosecutor Princess OST. Now Monday Kiz is really back as a trio with the fourth album ru:t;. After the death of founding member Kim Min Soo in 2008, remaining member Lee Jin Sung carried on by himself and released a solo album last year. In 2010, he revives Monday Kiz's name and music with a new album and two new bandmates, Han Seung Hee and former A'ST1 member Im Han Byul. Starting anew as a trio, Monday Kiz retains the same signature of heartmelting R&B vocals and harmonization. In addition to singing, Lee Jin Sung participated as a producer, composer, and lyricist on ru:t;. He wrote the album's main track "Don't Go", a mid-tempo ballad with hip-hip and rock elements composed by Kim Do Hoon and Lee Hyun Seung. The album includes ten other tracks including "Scattered" and "Why Did You..." from their digital single New Sentimental, and "Women" featuring narration by actress Park Si Yeon.
