Name is Aya Nakahara (中原 アヤ) She's famous in creating delicate love/like relationships between the unlikely couple who grew up together... I read a few of her manga, not the best drawing style (not to my taste anyways), but they serve her purpose... Plus, her characters are often very stylishly dressed And oh, she often pokes fun at the Kansai/Kantou accents... such cultural crash is her forte
