What happens when ballad meets "Brave Sound"? After taking a long break for health reasons, ballad singer Jo Sung Mo is back with a new album and a new sound. His special album Sung Mo Meet Brave is a special one indeed as it's the product of an unlikely collaboration. The "Brave" in the title refers to hit-making composer-producer Brave Brothers, whose fame and influence in the world of K-pop is right up there with the artists he works with. Brave Brothers played a big role in the birth of the current electronic trend, and he tailors his signature sound for Jo Sung Mo in Sung Mo Meet Brave. The main track "I'm Gonna Cheat" presents a rocktronic concept and danceable sound quite different from Jo Sung Mo's previous songs. The brave new sounds continue with "Why us?", which fuses eighties style synth and hip-hop beats, and You & Me, a pop melody with house beats.
