Hi, I'm new here. I downloaded it and it automatically uses winzip to open instead of winrar but still i can't extract it (in both ). I can see the file but it said " the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect". What is it and can anyone help cause i'm not very good with computer .....a dummies....
Maybe you typed the password wrong? I get that message when I type the password wrong sometimes, and sometimes it still unzips lol.
