Hong Kong singer Jade Kwan is known to be a devout Christian. She has just recently organized a series of fundraising concerts to benefit a school for juvenile delinquents. A month before getting married - and possibly retiring from her singing career altogether - Jade is releasing her ninth album in September 2009. Titled Shine, the album is also Jade's first Christian music collection, which contains 12 songs, among which is the anti-drug main plug "The Beginning of a Generation" sung and composed by the soon-to-be bride, written by Wong Cho Lam, with MC Jin performing rap. Other songs include "Love is Unreserved" (theme song for the movie The Miracle Box), "Love is Like a Breeze" (from the movie Love is...), "Noah's Ark" (theme song for The Days of Noah), and Jade's first music composition, "There Will be a Day".
