i can't seem to watch the episodes... the file ends with .001 and .002 for each respective part. i've renamed the files so that it just ends with .avi but it still doesnt work. please help.
hi there..u need HJsplit to join the files together, so get HJsplit program, put the 2 files into the same folder with HJsplit program and double click HJsplit and it will give you the full episode.
i've done what you told me but now when i play it with windows media player, i can only hear the audio... not video output. instead its just the visualisation effects.
hmmm....i'm assuming you don't have DIVX....do u have realplayer or media classic player? and also... to play AVI files you need this DIVX add-on to play these kinds of files...here are the links... Media Classic Player http://www.free-codecs.com/Media_Player_Classic_download.htm DIVX http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/ so download both of those...then you should be able to play the files.
U dont have the required codecs. Google "K lite mega codec pack" and download that or google "Combined Community Codec" and download that
u sure u joined the .001 and .002 in order. Make sure that the file .001 is first and .002 is second, cuz for the program "simple file joiner" it always puts the last file as the first file as default, so I always make sure that the files are in proper order.
i just download the first ep and join them......its fine...should check and see if you join the files properly.
