It's a cause for cheer whenever Taiwan folk/rock singer Cheer Chen comes up with a new album. The talented musician has come a long way, from the college girl hawking homemade demo tapes at a music festival, to now being the first female singer-songwriter from Taiwan to grace the stage of the Taipei Arena with her January 2009 concerts.
