[DDL] Chaos - 三不管 (2008)

In one of the darkest and diverse cultural part in the city, there is a minority group who lives in the place where it is full of despair and frustration.
Their desperate living comprises illegal gambling, prostitution as well as drug-dealing. This chaotic region is unique within the city. On one occasion, a cop, Mickey,
and a theft, Tai-hoi, riding in a vehicle, unexpectedly crashes into the iron gate of the restricted region. Both men are severely injured and lose their conscious.
