The countdown officially begins. To celebrate Japanese pop queen Hamasaki Ayumi reaching the milestone of her 50th single, she will release her 49th and the 50th single over two consecutive weeks. The 49th single Crossroads is a mid-tempo ballad that marks the first collaboration between Ayu and influential music producer Komuro Tetsuya. The two last worked on a duet with Ayu and globe Keiko, making this the first solo collaboration between two of the most popular hitmakers in Avex's history.
