Taiwan singer Apay (Chi Hsin Pei), formerly of the popular indie band of the same name, releases her second solo album "Little World". She got her break when her band won the Most Popular Award at the Hohaiyan Music Festival in 2004, and after the band's dissolution in 2007, Apay went on to become a solo artist, winning a newcomer award at the Hit Music Mandarin Awards 2009 in Hong Kong.
