^ the link is ok to me and is not broken u get the dl limit exceeded there because u probably downloaded too much off the site, try again later, it has a set limitation to free users, if u havent downloaded off there it probably suggests that ur ip is been shared with somebody else i add a alt link anyways this tread will be closed since the link itself isnt broken =)
