After the success of last year's spy comedy, "Agent Mr. Chan", Dayo Wong recently revealed that he is set to release a new movie for the Lunar New Year 2020. As reported on Mingpao, on 18 December, the comedian released the official poster of his new movie, "The Grand Grandmaster", which intentionally parodies the 2013 Wong Kar Wai Ip Man movie starring Tony Leung, "The Grandmaster". In the movie, Dayo plays the role of Ma Fei Lung - the 19th generation of the Ma family renowned for their "thunder fist" - whose image is ruined through an incident involving a female pedestrian (Annie Liu). He later finds out that the woman is actually a legendary boxer, thus issues a challenge to her in order to save his reputation. It is revealed that the film is also written and directed by Dayo, making it the second time he has done so after the 2002 film, "Fighting to Survive". credits: yahoo.sg
